First Burn
Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the container on the first burn to prevent tunneling.
Burn Time
Burn for 2-4 hours at a time. Do not burn for more than 4 hours continuously.
Trim the Wick
Trim wick before lighting regularly to ensure a clean, even burn.
Keep it Clean
Remove any debris or wick trimmings from the wax surface before lighting.
Safe Placement
Place on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts, children, and pets.
Extinguish Safely
Use a candle snuffer or gently blow out the flame.
FAQ
What wax do you use?
All natural soy wax! Organic, paraffin-free and ethically produced to ensure there are no concerns about chemical exposure and sourcing.
What kind of fragrance oils do you use?
Highly concentrated, premium oils that are specifically created for soy candles! All of our oils are 100% phthalate-free and certified safe scents. This means they are completely free of carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, organ toxins, and acute toxins. Safe for the whole family, including your pets!
How to prevent uneven burning?
The first light is the most important! To prevent tunneling let your candle melt to the edges of the container on the first burn. This creates a memory for the wax to burn evenly each time!
Do you have to remove the crystals before burning?
This is entirely up to you! If you notice the crystals are preventing an even candle burn you may choose to remove carefully, after the flame has been extinguished. Alternatively, any crystals that are left on the candle while burning will sink and can be removed and washed with warm water.
Why does my candle have wet spots or frosting?
This happens frequently with natural waxes like soy. It is a common reaction to temperature changes while cooling or storage. Rest assured that it is purely a cosmetic issue and is completely harmless to the quality of your candle!
